Permcaculture Project Advisory & Consulting

Mel Rose comes to permaculture first as a physical space designer and second as a banker. Her design certification focused on 5 acres of land transforming into a water based integration permaculture center and haven. Using totally regenerative, productive, and purifying water systems, called The Paradisiac SEa-Eco Retreat.

Water is the key to life. Many say it is in fact, Source itself. We must design with water at the center and main consideration of our projects if we want to improve the human condition and protect against certain impeding water crisis.

The project is created with natural pools, atmospheric water devices for drinking water, salt water conversion tools, aquaponics with stand up paddle lap pools, hydro and solar power for energy, water retention systems and regenerative toilet systems fueled her curiosity and research. The research into these systems and innovations launched Permaculture Capital, where Mel fuses her skills in finance as a registered representative and placement agent, aiding the growth of these tools that are emerging increasingly from the permaculture community.

Mel is eager to help you with your project and to connect your project to many of the innovations for energy, food, waste, materials, and community that she supports through her banking work.

Organic growth of outdoor food and indoor vertical food systems, circular economy, passive solar building design, green and non-toxic building materials, species regeneration through natural plant implementation, living walls and roofs, conscious landscape architecture, and bee-keeping are just a few of Mel’s hobbies and permaculture interests. Ideas that she can help you implement today in your projects, homes, and developments.

If you are going to build, build with care. Care for your longevity, care for the planet, and care for the next seven generations.

Permaculture is now the ultimate luxury. To be able to live in the world, especially in America, without total toxic exposure should not be a luxury, but in 2024 it surely is. It takes conscious effort to use permaculture, but the rewards are endless and once you live in permaculture settings, it is hard to imagine a life without such luxury.
