INVESTOR PORTAL

In the United States, an individual is considered an accredited investor if they meet any of the following criteria:

  1. Have an annual income of $200,000 (or $300,000 joint income with a spouse) for the past two years, with the expectation of earning the same or higher income in the current year.

  2. Have a net worth exceeding $1 million, either individually or jointly with a spouse, excluding the value of their primary residence.

  3. Hold certain professional certifications, designations, or credentials, such as a Series 7, 65, or 82 license.

If you meet any of these criteria, you are considered an accredited investor. If you are unsure, please consult with a financial advisor or legal professional before proceeding.
