That number is completely unacceptable.

Trying to go through VC is not the answer to double and triple that number.
We must go around VC for early stage fundraising in pre-seed, seed, and pre-series A rounds.
We are a safe space for women to come after going into the jungle of fundraising from VCs and get support.
A community, upcoming marketplace and safe haven.
We are a place for female founders to match their companies with fractional operators on a proprietary “time-trade-for-equity or partner” model.
Nearly 12 million women left their careers in Covid. Very few women are interested in staying at or going back to male dominated workplaces. With little upward mobility, without benefits that really value the female experience.
Women need working with flexibility, to support their family duties. Many men have time to advise but don’t have a secure way to do that.
We help both men and women with operational skills contribute safely, for equity, instead of helping for free and at random.
We help protect both the founder and the operator as an intermediary.
We offer a solution so that women can stay incredible, productive, supported, happy and in line; to exit, merge or IPO.
When Women can freely and equally contribute to society, we all profit across all currencies.
Decision Society is a new platform working to create safe space for the millions of women who were brave enough to pursue their ideas only to see it is 99% harder for us to exit start up mode than men, for the millions who left careers in covid, for the millions who feel alone in their business journey.
